FAQs
You order days of support (1 day = 7 hours), you earn a Support Time Provision (STP)
Each time you need some IT support from iXsys, you open a case on the iXsys ticketing system and describe your need.
I handle the case and once fixed, I report the time consumed from the Support Time Provision
STP provides a good alternative to flat-rate service and maintainance contracts
In case of a renewal STP, you can report 25% of the new ordered STP amount of time.
e.g. : At the end of the validity period , 4 days are remaining and you order a new STP of 20 days.
you can report (20 * 0.25)= 4 days from the previous STP on the newer one.
I work remotely most of the time via SSH, RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk , slack, videoconference and whatever collaborative tool you may prefer.
In the event that travel is necessary, travel fees are applied.
